You can track the sim card through the tracking link send to you via email or SMS

Your activation code will be visible in the app, please click on Activate/ Check status and enter your 15 digit ICCID/SIM card number in the app and click on verify

The ICCID/Sim card number is visible on the back of the larger plastic card that enclosed the SIM card under the bar code.

1. Enter the 11-digit ACT code located on the top right of the SIM card’s back then select “Continue”.Confirm your service plan and select “Get Started”.
2. Select “Transfer an Existing Number” or “Get A New Number”.
3. (If you selected “Get A New Number”) Enter your zip code then select “Continue”.
4. (If you selected “Transfer an Existing Number”) Enter your existing phone number as well as account number, PIN, and billing zip code for your previous carrier, then select “Continue”.
5. Review and accept the Mint Mobile Plan Terms & Conditions.
6. You should now be presented with an activation confirmation screen. You will also receive an SMS and email confirming your activation and account details. Select Continue to finish account setup.

1. Enter your email address followed by the security code you received
2. Select “New Physical SIM” option
3. Then select “Connect SIM card”
4. Enter the SIM card number/ICCID number and click continue
5. Enter your phone IMEI number to check the compatibility of the device (If the device is not compatible please use the SIM in another device)
6. Select your desired plan again (In case you want a better plan)
7. Confirm the plan and give your full name and Home/Billing address
8. Enter the payment details and confirm your payment details and click on Pay now
9. Please wait for couple of minutes and your plan should be active and the phone number should be visible
10. Restart your device to get your SIM service up and running

You can activate your SIM card whenever you want, but we recommend users to activate SIM 1 or 2 days before your travel to the US

Yes you can activate SIM card after reaching US as well

If you are facing any issue with your SIM card we recommend you to contact your SIM card provider and get it fixed or get a replacement card

Your plan is instantly activated after you successfully purchase your plan. However, on rare occasions this may take longer. Please therefore allow up to 24 hours to connect to the network.

1. Open up Account Management in Mint website or the Mint Mobile app
2. Choose Manage Plan
3. Select which you need more of: months or data
   • If you need more data, you can switch immediately at the end of your current plan or at your monthly reset
   • If you need more months, you’ll switch at the end of your current plan
   • If you need less data, you can choose that option as part of your next plan
4. Pay the additional cost if you’re upgrading your months or data

1. Navigate to Manage SIM in profile section
2. And click on Subscription Settings and Plan Details
3. From these screens, click on the buttons called “Change Plans”
4. Land on the Change Plans tab (if the project has Top-ups) or the Change Plans Screen (if the project doesn’t have Top-ups) and click on a new plan
5. Review the plan and click on “Select Plan”
6. Review Checkout and click “Schedule Payment”
7. Land on the success screen and click “Continue”
8. Navigate to the subscription and see when the plan will change

1. Navigate to the Subscription Details screen
2. See the pending Plan Change
3. Click “Cancel Plan Change”
4. Confirm Plan Change Cancellation
5. See that the Plan Change was successfully Cancelled

You will be billed immediately when you first purchase a plan, and afterwards every 30 days from the date of your first purchase. E.g. if you purchased your subscription on 1st February, you will next be billed on the 2nd of March.
