Bob -- Couldn't be simpler...Google the term Google Alerts . Frome there, you'll see a box that you enter in the terms, names, whatever, you want to see, be sure to keep the search as wide as possible, enter in the email address you want to receive it to, sit back and wait for the first one.

Lana -- You don't have to actually google yourself, you are having google do it for you. However, you may want to try and see where you are showing up on searches you didn't expect and then monitor those as well.
