I am using this blog / networking site to grow my SOI and show expertise in my area of Fort Lauderdale, especially the Galt Ocean Mile area. The reason I want to show my expertise by the use of data is to build a foundation of trust with people I work with allowing me to backup my advise and help that I give to my customers.
I have been on other sites and posted my information that I gather from the MLS - do spreadsheets and display that information in ways that allow viewers of the post to have a sense of the markets for single family homes ( waterfront and dry lots ) , condos ( low rise and hi rise ) and cooperatives. I am looking for referrals from people outside the area. My data will reinforce why you choose me to help your customers and friends find the right person to help them.
