    Don’t judge a book by its commission split.
     
    When looking to join a real estate office or franchise there is more to consider than just the commission split. The people you will be working with, the policies of the office, the extent and depth of coaching, training and general commitment to your success will mean much more to you and your chances of success than the commission split. It’s not only about the numbers, ultimately it’s about the people and relationship you build and the backup you receive.
