Help with Blogging on Zolve please.

Can someone please help me? I press the blog button under the my pages section and there is nothing there. I would like to place my blog there. Also, how do I make my network bigger? I am confused as to the network and sphere of influence.

When we put our house up for sale, I stressed emphatically that my sons make their beds each morning. I left for work before they left for school, and I wanted to be sure that the house looked presentable when the agent showed it to prospective buyers. I was surprised and impressed that my 15-year-old son's bed was made perfectly each day. One night when I went into his room, I discovered his secret he was fast asleep on the floor in his sleeping bag.

Giving Back

If these suggestions don’t meet your receiver criteria, then perhaps you should consider making a donation. There’s a reason why you are seeing people asking for donations everywhere this season. Give a gift that helps others in need. If you’ve ever been stuck with purchasing a gift for a group of people with a small budget and didn’t just want to get them something they may or may not consume or re-gift to others, then you know what I mean. Gifts are fun and I’m always thankful for what I receive. But this economy provides a heartfelt reminder that we are lucky to have what we have. This girl usually won’t say no to a new pair of shoes or matching bag, but this season I’m happiest to just hold tight to what I have…my family, friends, and loyal MTO readers!

I am just checking in to see how all of the markets are doing where ever you may be.

Have you seen an increase or decrease in buyers in the last month?

Have your prices hit bottom?

Have you seen your prices increase any?

I am located in Northeast Florida and there a still a ton of great deals here. We are very patchy on how prices are recovering. Some of the neighborhoods are still holding strong while others need a foreclosure bail out. The buyers are hot and heavy if you can get them to commit, but they are starting to see the light!

We have 2 large military bases and a few smaller ones here so if you hear of any military families that need to relocate to Jacksonville, FL for either NAS JAX, Mayport, or even Cecil Field please let me know. I would love to work with you on some referrals!
